Read the Instructions Carefully:

Before starting the exam, read the instructions carefully. Make sure you understand the marking scheme, the penalty for incorrect answers, and the number of questions in each section. Also, check if the exam has negative marking for non-MCQs.

Use a Pencil or a Pen:

CAT 2023 will be an online exam, and candidates will have to mark their answers on the computer screen. However, it is recommended to use a pencil or a pen to practice marking the answers on paper. This will help you get a feel of the exam and avoid any mistakes while marking the answers on the computer screen.

Mark the Answers Accurately:

While marking the answers on the computer screen, make sure you select the correct option. Double-check before submitting the answer to avoid any errors. Also, if you are not sure about the answer, skip the question and move on to the next one. Do not waste time on a difficult question, as it may affect your performance in the remaining sections.

Save and Review the Answers:

After answering each question, save the answer and move on to the next one. At the end of each section, review the answers and make any changes if required. Make sure you have attempted all the questions in the section before submitting it.

Practice with Mock Tests:

The best way to get familiar with the CAT Question Paper 2023 is to practice with mock tests. This will help you understand the exam pattern and get a feel of the actual exam.
